Delphine Tseng
Founder & President
Before Delphine became a golfer, she has been an avid environmentalist. Delphine first studied languages and literature at National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan, she then went to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute for Science and Technology Studies. Her background gives her the ability to understand and translate different languages, from Chinese, German, to math and science. She understands that golf and sustainability are not mutually exclusive. She has been involved with environmental education for more than 15 years. She named this company after her beloved dog, Mito, the most positive being she has ever known. Mito was a Landseer.
Michael McCutcheon
Chief Technology Officer
Michael McCutcheon is technology executive with twenty years of experience on the executive management team designing, implementing and operating innovative technology businesses. He brings a deep understanding of technology combined with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Mike currently serves as the Chief Solutions Officer of Rational Enterprise, an information management and e-discovery software leader. Mike was previously the Chief Technology Officer of Amici, a litigation services and software company sold to Xerox for $174MM, where he pioneered a scalable web-based litigation repository.
Nina Kovari
Head Graphic Designer
​Nina has a passion for art and has published two coloring books. Originally from Chicago, Nina has spent more than four years abroad in Hong Kong. Currently she resides at RPI pursuing a major in business.
Andrew Wilson
Golf Course Ecology Advisor
Mr. Andrew Wilson is the Director of Agronomy at Bethpage State Park. Andrew has been at the Park for more than 25 years and has hosted the U.S. Open (2002, 2009), The Barclays (2012, 2016) and will host The PGA Championship in 2019 and Ryder Cup in 2024. Andrew is devoted to Bethpage’s environmental efforts, he works with his staff ecologist, horticulturist and raptor specialist to create a green haven and wildlife retreat on a world-renowned golf course in the busiest metropolitan areas in the world. Andrew’s initiatives at Bethpage State Park includes: pollinator garden planting with girl scouts, creating wildlife gardens, recording raptor nesting habits, honeybee keeping workshop, and working with Landseer to create educational materials for tournament goers and visiting communities. Andrew is a diehard West Ham United fan, he enjoys traveling with his wife and watching Premier League games with his friends.
John D. Blouch
Math & Science Advisor
Dr. John Blouch oversees the math and science-related educational materials and develops kids-friendly, hands-on experiments for our events at tournaments and junior camps. John received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and a Ph. D. in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University. He is an U.S. National Elite rower and a certified mountaineer, he is also the official stats keeper for his son’s youth hockey team. John is a member of the National Audubon Society and is an avid birder.
Caleb Bell
Zoologist
Caleb Bell has a BS in Zoology from Mars Hill University. Drawn to Zoology at a young age by the likes of Steve Irwin, Jeff Corwin, and Jack Hanna; Caleb converted his passion for animals into a degree. He is currently working with Homo sapiens as a barista at Starbucks while doing zoology-related research with Landseer Communications. His favorite animal is a raven (Corvus corax) and his favorite Starbucks drink is a Green Tea Latte.
